    2. Have breakfast as a king, have lunch as a prince and have dinner as a beggar.

    4. Have 5 pieces of fruit or vegetable every day
    5. Drink two litres of water everyday
    6. Water is one forgotten nutrient in our diet, but it is one of the most vital
    7. An apple a day keeps the doctor away
    8. “7 portions of fruit and vegetables a day best”.
    9. Breakfast is the most important food in the day
    10. A healthy diet improves the academic performance
